Prof. Dr. Marina Chayka is a researcher, lecturer and expert in humanistic pedagogy. She leads the Academy of the Humanistic School and supports teachers on their path to certification.

The Humanistic School Switzerland online shop names her as the author of the Pedagogical Metaphor Cards ‘I See the Best in You’. The 25 cards with a guide support parents in accompanying children and teenagers. Each card combines a pedagogical metaphor with an explanation, a conversation prompt and a recommendation. According to the shop, the card set is available in Russian, with further languages planned.
