Who we are
TreeoL Verlag was founded in 2022 to offer a platform for authors who want to write independently and freely.
Our publisher is a small, dedicated team made up mainly of freelancers. They include editors, authors, entrepreneurs and graphic designers from Switzerland, England, the USA and India.
We publish for Humanistic School Switzerland. Our programme includes humanistic education, mindfulness in everyday family life, and Spuki stories and learning materials for children. Other independent voices and topics also have a place here.

The meaning of our name
Tree of Life
TreeoL stands for Tree of Life. It is our image of growth, rootedness and connection: a tree puts down roots, while fine fungal threads form a mycelial network in the soil, creating connections. Just as this image represents living together, books can connect people and ideas.
Ideas take root, are passed on and continue to grow in other people. Together with selected authors, we publish literature that carries positive ideas forward, strengthens understanding and contributes to a more humane world. Every book can become part of this network – a connection between people, experiences and generations.
